Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton supports non-profit organizations through funding opportunities aligned with our community health priorities.

Community health grants are offered periodically through Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and may vary by focus area, funding cycle, and other factors.

BID Milton FY26 Community Grants RFP

Between 2026 and 2029, BID Milton Hospital (BID Milton) will invest a total of $2,263,935.82 through a Community-based Health Initiative (CHI) from the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Determination of Need (DoN) to build a new multi-specialty ambulatory center in Quincy. As required by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MADPH).

Applicant organizations must focus on upstream activities to address social determinants of health — conditions in which people are born, live, work, and play in or across the City of Quincy. Of this investment, $1,584,755.07 will be allocated to address housing (1 grant to be awarded) and $679,180.75 will be allocated to address equitable access to care (up to 2 grants to be awarded). All grants will be awarded through this competitive Request for Proposals (RFP).
