Sleep Health at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton

Sleep is important to your health. Not getting enough sleep can lead to conditions like heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure. Unfortunately, an estimated 50–70 million Americans have a sleep condition that prevents them from getting the amount of sleep they need.

At Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton, our sleep health specialists can help you achieve restful sleep. We can diagnose and treat a range of conditions that affect the quality of your sleep. These include sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome and sleep walking, among others.

Sleep Studies

Working with the specialists at the NeuroCare Center for Sleep, we offer sleep studies to help diagnose many common conditions that affect sleep, such as sleep apnea. During a sleep study, we gain a better understanding of what's disrupting your sleep. That information allows us to recommend the best treatment.
