Patient Portal

Manage your health and medical records online with MySite

MySite Patient Portal

If you're a patient at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton, you can easily access your health and medical records. We use the MySite patient portal. This is a free and secure online resource for your convenience.

MySite gives you 24/7 access to your health information. You can use MySite to view:

  • A list of your allergies
  • History of visits and discharge information after October 1, 2018
  • Laboratory and imaging results
  • Medication information
  • Your health summary

Register for MySite

You need your medical record number to register for the updated BID Milton MySite. You can get that number from Patient Portal Support. Call 617-313-1278 Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, or email our MySite Portal team.

Download the MHealth App

You can easily and securely access your health information from your smartphone.

Download MEDITECH MHealth, a free app available through the Apple Store and Google Play.

After downloading the app, make sure your phone's location services are turned on and choose BID Milton from the list of nearby hospitals.

Connect with Another Mobile App

It may make sense for you to connect your health information from multiple health care providers into one location.

To do this, you can use an API, or application programming interface. APIs:

  • Are used by patients and their health care team to exchange health information.
  • Give patients the ability to get and share important health information on their smartphone.
  • Work with any phone app of your choosing, such as the Apple Health app.

To set up use of an API, you must be enrolled in the MySite patient portal. Email our Information Systems Portal Analyst for information on how to connect accounts with an API.

Please note: When you authorize the electronic data release of your patient information to a third-party application, you assume the liability of providing your health data to the application. BID Milton no longer has any ability to monitor, audit or secure that data.

Give Family Access to Your Account

It can be helpful if a trusted family member has access to your MySite account. All you need to do is fill out and submit a form.

Complete the Third Party Access Authorization Form to give someone permission to log on to your MySite account.

When you no longer need assistance, you can remove a representative's access to your MySite account. Just fill out the Third Party Revocation Form.

Email your completed forms to our MySite portal team or mail them to:
