MySite Patient portal is a free, secure online resource that gives you easy access to your health records.

Important Announcement About Accessing MySite

To continue accessing your health records for visits prior to October 1, 2018, you must continue using or enroll in the ORIGINAL MySite account.

To continue using the Original MySite, click here.

To enroll in the Original MySite (to access records before 10/1/2018), click here.

 

Enroll in NEW MySite (For visits after 10/1/2018)

For hospital visits and appointments after October 1, 2018, you must sign up for the NEW MySite Patient Portal to view your health records. To register for the NEW MySite, have your medical record number ready. To obtain your medical record number, contact the BID-Milton Medical Records Department at (617) 313-1051 or mysite@bidmilton.org, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Be sure to specify whether you are referring to the NEW or ORIGINAL MySite.

About the MySite Update

The NEW MySite gives you 24/7 access your health records from any of our three community hospitals: BID-Milton, BID-Needham and BID-Plymouth.  Use MySite to access:

  • Laboratory and imaging results
  • Online bill pay
  • Medication information
  • Allergies
  • Your health summary
  • History of visits and discharge information after October 1, 2018

Manage Third Party Access to Your MySite Account

Grant access to your MySite account to a representative: Third Party Access Authorization Form

Take away a representative’s access to your MySite account: Third Party Revocation Form
