Mihir S. Parikh, MD, a board-certified interventional pulmonologist, on staff at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, has joined the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton (BID-Milton) Medical Staff and is now seeing patients in the BID-Milton Center for Specialty Care.
Dr. Parikh’s clinical interests include lung cancer diagnosis and staging, lung nodules, malignant and benign airway obstructions and pleural effusions.
Dr. Parikh graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and advanced fellowship programs in Interventional Pulmonology and Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of California.
Dr. Parikh is multi-board-certified in Critical Care, Pulmonary Medicine and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is an Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, a member of the Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a member of the American Thoracic Society.
Dr. Parikh will evaluate and treat patients every other Monday afternoon in BID-Milton’s Center for Specialty Care located at the hospital. Appointments can be made by calling 617-632-8252.
